If I live close by can I pick up?
Yes! Use code PICKUP at checkout to take off the shipping charges. We will contact you when your order is complete with pickup instructions.

We accept returns of non personalized items 30 days after purchase. If your item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of this for you. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom pieces.

Most of our items ship within 4 weeks. Some personalized and custom products may ship within 4-6 weeks. We do our best to get your quality, handmade items out to you as quickly as we can! If you have a question about production time, feel free to reach out to us.
