Is there a minimum order? Opening order minimum is $500. Additional order minimum is $250.
How do I set up a wholesale account? Fill out the wholesale stockist form. It’s quick and easy! If you’re shop is a good fit, we will contact you to complete the registration set up. We will need a copy of your state resale permit/license and/or a Fed ID number.
How do I place an order? All wholesale orders must be place via email. You will be invoiced for the order and can pay online. For some larger accounts, we offer Net 30 terms.
I’d like a sample product. Do I need to set up a wholesale account? We do offer samples to approved customers. Contact us at hello@themodersilo.com for more information.
How do you ship? Shipping carriers are determined based on shipment weight and size. Smaller shipments will ship USPS and larger orders will ship FEDEX ground. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
How long before my order ships? Production time is based upon the size of the order and the items being ordered. We strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible. If you have a specific date needed by, please include that in the order request email. Or contact us at hello@themodernsilo.com.
